Rest assured (안심하세요!!)

 
Rest assured에 대해서 알아보자. 
호주뿐 아니라 일반적으로 영어권에서 격식이나 비격식(일반 대화)에서도 자주 사용되는 표현이다.
 
어떤 상황이 그러그러할 것이 확실하니 걱정하지말고 안심해도 된다는 뜻이다.
 
If you say that someone can rest assured that something is the case, you mean that it is definitely the case, so they do not need to worry about it.

 

 
 
아래의 3가지 형태로 많이 사용된다.
 
1. Rest assured, 다음 문장
Rest assured, your property will be sold. (걱정하지마 너 집 곧 팔릴꺼야.)
 
Rest assured, your money is safe. (걱정하지마세요, 당신의 돈인 안전합니다요. 은행이나 금융권에서 고객한다 자주쓰는 말인듯.)
 
 
2. 사람 +  can rest assured that
You can rest assured that your order will be delivered to your home by next Friday. 
(주문하신 상품이 다음주 금요일까지 틀림없이 도착할꺼니 안심하셔 됩니다.)

 
3. Rest assured (that)
Rest assured we are not profiting from providing this service. (걱정하지 마세요 이 서비스로 돈 벌 목적이 아니랍니다.)
 
For any cancellations to bookings - rest assured that all your used credits will be refunded back into your account.
(안심하세요 예약을 취소하는 경우는 예약에 사용된 크레딧이 당신의 통장으로 다시 환불될 겁니다.)
 
대화하면서 일단 무조건 한번 써보자.
안심해 라는 말을 하고 싶을때, Rest assured라고 먼저 시작하고 하고 싶은말을 하면 된다.
